Tyler McNeil
PGA of Canada Class A Professional
Tyler is a Vancouver-based PGA of Canada Class A Professional and co-owner of L3 Golf Coaching. He has delivered more than 20,000 hours of golf instruction and has been involved in the game for over 30 years as a player, student and coach.
A former NCAA collegiate golfer, Tyler is known for his technical expertise and structured approach to player development. He describes himself as a swing architect — helping golfers understand the key movement patterns that drive performance, and building systems that create confidence under pressure.
Tyler works with competitive juniors, collegiate athletes and serious amateur players. His coaching integrates TrackMan data analysis, video review and 3D motion capture to ensure every player has clarity in what they’re working on — and why.
He has coached players progressing to provincial, collegiate and professional levels — including the LPGA — and currently serves as an Assistant Coach with the University of British Columbia golf program.
Tyler’s coaching philosophy is simple: remove confusion, create structure, and help players build a golf game they trust.
Paul Skrudland
PGA of Canada, Teaching Professional
Paul started golf at age 6 learning the game in his home province of Saskatchewan. His first job was on a golf course at age 14 & he has been employed in the industry his entire life.
After a year of studies at the University of Saskatchewan, Paul transferred to Dublin, Ireland where he spent 3 years studying, & developing his game in some of the worlds most historic, & iconic golf courses. In 2003 Paul returned to Canada, settling in Vancouver, BC, which allowed him to focus on his golf pursuits full time, & in 2004 turned professional & competed regularly as a proud member of the PGA of Canada.
Paul is a Class A professional & has turned his passion for golf into the coaching realm; with his mission to help others achieve their golfing goals. His primary focus is devoted to elite juniors, but is happy to work with any player committed to the process of long term player development.
While coaching at Rob Houlding Performance Golf, Paul met Tyler McNeil (L3 co-founder) and the idea to develop their own academy was born. L3 Golf was formed in 2021 & aims to be a leader in elite player development.
